Only just realised that you had replied. Sorry for my delay. PWL is the initials for Pete Waterman Ltd. It sounds like it came from Stock, Aitken, Waterman.

Sorry, what does PWL mean? I have never heard that term. I don’t have any other info. The cover you see is what I have along with the CD itself.
